Hi everyone, my name is Enzo Goupil, and I am currently studying Business Management at Ahuntsic College. I have been in this program for three years now. This program is about learning Marketing, Accounting, Commercial Representation and most importantly how to start your own business.

I sometimes know, writing can be difficult especially with the grammar.

I, myself still have problems with my grammar when I'm writing in English because I am a francophone who is trying to learn how to communicate in English.

But recently I have found a solution to my grammar problems and I thought I should share it with you.

My goal today is to share with you how to use this little tip. So, for those of you who have the same problems as me please keep watching this might help you a lot.

So, this tip is a website called Virtual Writing Tutor.

This website will change your life and solve all your English errors. See how in a short moment.

This brings me to my next point, field-related challenges you could face. When you start a business you will sometimes have to send emails or contracts to clients or providers in English.

So, when you need to communicate in English, and you are doing it wrong, the person who receives your message might not understand you properly and that could lead to errors from both sides.

For example, if you wrote to somebody in human resources and you want to talk about how many hours someone did last week and you wrote: Hi Marie, i just want to know how much hours dominic did last week.

I promise you this website will correct all the errors for you. Here is an example.

First, you will need to go to www.VirtualWritingTutor.com. Now click on the first link. When you are there you will be able to see the logo in the top left corner of your screen which is here. After, you can log in right there in the top right corner of the website. Then as you can already tell this is your navigation menu. You have all these different options. For example, you may want to know how many words you wrote so there is a Word counter over here. But you can also check your grammar, your target structures, your punctuation and more. In our case we will use the grammar.

So, let's take the sentence from earlier: Hi Marie, i just whanted to know how many hours Dominic did last week. Now you just need to click on the check grammar button. Once you clicked you will be able to see your word count, the number of errors you have and the error density. Now if you go and look at your errors, this website will give you a feedback, the error type you did a suggestion to correct your error. Now let's correct everything and look again for more errors. So, when everything is the done, click on the check grammar button, and we won't see more errors. You can now send this message without any doubt.

Once you are done, copy paste back this message in your email and you are done. I know it takes time, but those minutes will help you save more time by always re-sending emails to clarify things but most importantly it will help you provide errors in the future.
