How to use the Virtual Writing Tutor?

Introduction

Hi everyone! My name is Anaëlle Bilodeau Venegas. For people who don't know about the Virtual Writing Tutor, i'll be explaining to you how this online grammar checker works.

Just like all of you, I don't want to get low grades on an exam just because of simple mistakes.

I have been studying Graphic Design at Ahuntsic College for almost 2 years and I want to continue and go to the university. I didn't know much about Graphic Design at first but I'm now a lot better than before. Basically, a graphic designer create visual and creative concepts for their clients. I am not an expert, but I have done some research on the topic.

I have successfully achieved and done all of my classes in college since I started studying at Ahuntsic College.

My main goal is to demonstrate how this online grammar checker works.

The Problem

As a Graphic Designer, you can encounter some problem at some points. One of them is that in the texts that your client sends you, there might be possible mistakes. And you don't always have the time to check all the errors by yourself.

So, you could lose serious amount of time by checking all the possible mistakes.

Imagine yourself as a Graphic Designer. What would you do?

With the Virtual Writing Tutor, your problem will be solved in a second. I'll show you in the next few minutes how to do it. It is really easy to do.

The Quest

First, add a new tab at the top of the screen in the middle. In this tab, Add the URL Virtual Writing Tutor . Com

In the top right corner of the screen there are the icons, if you want to share the website on other platforms. In the top left corner of the screen, there is the virtual writing tutor logo. Then, there is the navigation menu right under the logo. Under that same navigation menu there is the introduction on how to use the website. In the middle of the screen there is the text area where you normally copy past the text that you want to check. Beside this text area, there is a microphone and speech that come handy when you want to hear the pronunciation of the words.

The Solution

For example, you copy and past the text that has possible mistakes in it, and by clicking the icon check spelling you can see the mistakes underline in red. Also, by clicking on the icon check grammar, you can see how many words you have, how many mistakes there is and the error density.
