After college, I would like to go to university and specialize in Family law which is the area principally related to families and divorces.
As paralegal technicians, we need to fill procedures without any mistakes because these forms goes to the court.
My goal today is show you how to use carefully the Virtual Writing Tutor to your advantage in your field of study.

When you are at work and you have multiple procedures to fill in a scheduled and timeless period, you have limited time and you need to fill faster without making any mistakes.
If you make multiples mistakes, you could lose the case and have a bad reputation.
For example, suppose you need to fill a divorce application and you accidentally misspell the dissolution explanation.
When that happens, I know just what to do, which I am going to show you now.
First, open your browser. Type the URL Virtual Writing Tutor dot com into the address bar and hit "Enter." If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this page.
At the top of the screen, you will see a logo and the navigation menu. On the right-hand side, you can see the link to login. Once you have logged in, below the navigation menu is the navigation bar which include different tools of correction such as the grammar, the structure, the punctuation, and the vocabulary. Below the navigation bar is the text area and again below is a microphone for you to speak out your text and a speaker for you to hear the right pronunciation of the terms written in the text area.
Now here is where you want to go to find the solution to the specific problem I mentioned before. You type your text in the text area, for example the parties haven't lives togeter since may 2019. Then, you click on the check grammar button for correction. You will have a feedback with all your mistakes, how many words and paragraphs your text contains, how many errors you have, the type of error and the correcting suggestion. You can also check to structure, the punctuation of your text by clicking on the relevant button. Also, at the left of the microphone, there is a spelling correction button named ABC with a check sign. When you click on it, your spelling errors will be underlined in red. As you can see, togeter is written without a h. It is important to uses more than one correction tool because as you can see, the spelling correction told me I had only one mistake, but the grammar correction told me I had three. It's by using all of them that you will make sure your text and perfectly corrected.
So, if you are writing any paralegal procedures, that's how you solve the problem of filling wrong with mistakes or mispronunciation.
