Hello friends. I have a great video for you today. If you don't already know, my name is France.
We all want good grades at school. Am I right? I know I do, and you do, too, I’m sure
I'm not the best student in my class, but I’m a lot better than I was when I started. No one likes to make mistakes in their assignment. Because of these mistakes, you can lose points in your orals. Nobody deserves to lose points for inattention mistakes. Everybody needs helps from a dictionary or a site for pronunciation.
I have been studying Social Science for 3 years now. We take courses in psychology which teaches us how the brain works and how the human developed himself. Since the beginning, I learned a lot and I have a lot of knowledge. We will need that in order to become a psychologist. I do part-time and full-time sessions from time to time. And I also work full time as Clinical Research Coordinator at McGill University Health Center. I practiced English at my job a lot. Every day, I improve my writing and oral English.
My goal is to demonstrate how to pronounce difficult words.
Stay right there. Don’t move a muscle. My goal is to help you use the pronunciation site. Also, I will try to demonstrate how to do use the site and how it will beneficial for your future.
It is astonishing what you can do with the website I’m going to show you.
Let me explain the problem. I want to go to Toronto to study psychology. My first language is French and my second language is English. I will definitely have pronunciation problems. In psychology, words are very complicated to pronounce. I find some words that are written like the French words but the sound is completely different.
If we don't get that right, this could happen because my first language is French. And the other person might not really understand what I am saying.
Take, for instance, you are in class and the teacher pronounces ''institutionalization''. At first, you don't understand the word, so you ask them to repeat it. But you have difficulty pronouncing that word. Wow! And the whole class start laughing...Well, that website will help you practice pronunciation so you could master your English words pronunciation.
When that happens, I know just what to do, which I am going to show you now.
First, open your browser. Type this URL: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/pronunciation/english/google into the address bar and hit enter. If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this page.

You remain in the top left corner. You will see the search icon.

In the middle of the screen, you will see the microphone icon.
And also it gives the definition, synonyms, antonyms, and examples of how and when to use the word.
