In automation, I may need to send email to my supervisor after I find a problem with a machine.

If my email is vague, my supervisor may not understand exactly what happened or what I did.

For example, after repairing a conveyor, I could write: “Hi, the conveyor stopped this morning. I checked the sensor. It was bad, so I changed it. Now the machine works.”

I will show you a simple solution using Virtual Writing Tutor to make this email clearer and more professional.

First, I open a new tab in my browser and type VirtualWritingTutor.com in the address bar.

At the top of the screen, I can see the navigation menu. In the middle of the screen, there is a large text area. Above the text area, there are different buttons. On the right-hand side, I can also see more tools.
