Hi everyone welcome to my channel, my name is Keneth Uriel Garcia Mendez, and today we're diving into a topic I'm excited about. I am currently studying at Cégep de Sherbrooke, where I am taking Springboard to a DCS program.
While waiting for my passion to show up, I want (just like other teenagers) to earn some money to cover my daily expenses. I don't want to work at any random fast restaurant, but I want to make money as something else.
Since I graduated from secondary school, and I speak two languages fluently, I wanted to use my full intellectual capacities to do my job.
I was required to do volunteer work twice a year, and that for 5 years.
So, you can imagine the experience that volunteering has been able to teach me
My goal in this video is to show you the full capacity of the website and how you can use it to help you save from making grammar mistakes.
Remember to subscribe and comment.
With all the things said above, let's dive in this journey where I will teach you how to find your job for the upcoming years.
Let’s begin with our main concern that is how to improve our English writing skills to help us find a job easier.
Sometimes finding a job can be difficult specially with all the competition available, and people with more linguistic skill tend to attract employers.
That can cause a lot of troubles and stress since sometimes we are qualified for the job but knowing only one language can look unprofessional.
Knowing how to simply use the website can help you in a lot of situations, not only for CVs but also for correcting job emails and essays.
It can sound overwhelming but as long as you can check your grammar and improve your writing, you can take a big step ahead of the task of mastering a second language.
First open your browser, then type in the search bar this URL(https://virtualwritingtutor.com/), and hit enter.
In case you cannot copy the URL address just type in the search bar Virtual Writing Tutor. It will show a bunch of other options, and you don't know which one is the correct, you can add Nicholas Walker at the end of Virtual Writing Tutor, and the good website will show up.
Then, this blue page will show up and in the middle of the screen there will be a big text box where all the magic is going to happen.
On the navigation menu, at the top of the screen, you can see all the features that the website has to offer but for this specific problem we will not use them.
Whenever you need to write an email, essay or just make sure that your sentence makes sense, you can go to this website and then type in the text box mentioned above.
At the top right of the text box there is a small arrow where, if you click, you can find all of the actions available.
I personally use the "Improve" action to help me make better written sentences.
I hope this little video helps you discover this amazing website and makes your essays or emails easier to write.
Don't forget to like the video and see you next time!
