For the example, I will be using an intervention report. If you copy a text in the text area, you will be able to see you error with the button Check Grammar. When you click on the button, you will be able to scroll and see the number of word, of paragraph, of error and you error density. Under that, all of your error will be shown to you if you scroll further down. It will show you what you wrote, it will give you a feedback on yours errors and the type and a suggestion of the correct clinical words. For a social worker, this ensures accuracy in court reports or when documenting a client's progress, reducing potential misunderstandings. If you continue scrolling, you will be able to see an analysis of all of your errors. This is very useful if you want to do clinical documentation without errors and learn to from your mistakes in the same time.
