Hello Youtube, my name is Olivier for those of you who don’t know about Building Mechanics, I’ll just explain what this program involves. We take courses in plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling which teaches us how to make plan for future buildings. For those of you who don’t know about SISTM, we’re a ventilation company, and we make air conditioning systems for industrial buildings.
Just like you, I want some good grades on the assignment. Nobody wants to have some bad grades because of some carelessness errors. Everybody who works hard shouldn't have these types of mistakes. We all want to succeed at school right? It's an evidence.
I have only been studying English for 6 years now, but I want to have a company that deals also with the rest of Canada. I'm not the best for speaking to other people in English, but I am better than the average. I am not an expert, but I improved since those years because I'm really motivated. I'm only at the beginning of my career, but I have been researching, and I have been reading about how to improve my fluency.
I have been studying building mechanics for 2 years. I have been on two internships in this subject. I helped design a ventilation system worth $60 000. I got a 93% on plumbing design as the final note.
My goal is to demonstrate how to use the glossary in Virtual Writing Tutor.

Let me explain the problem. After graduation, we have to either go to the university or go work. When you go work, it's imperative that you know technical words. You can't take too many times on searching your words because you will not be productive enough.
If we don't get that right, you might not have the contract. Doing a bad first impression will not give you a good name. If you are always searching you words, they can't trust you, you look like you don't know what you are talking about.
For example, suppose you need to speak about your project, but they only speak in English. You're gonna have to explain with technical terms. It's not always simple to know those words.
That can be a problem, but I have the solution for you. In the next second I will show you how your problem could be solve. So here's the answer.
First, open your browser. Type Virtual Writing Tutor into the address bar and hit enter. Now, you are supposed to see this page. Click on this link. Then, you have to click on "visit website". Now, you are on the homepage.
In the top right corner, you can log in if you have an account, if not don't worry you can still use some of the functions. In the top middle of the screen, you can see "writing tools", if you click there you will see all the tools that you can use. You only have to click on "glossary creator" and you are able to create your own glossary. On this page you can see in the top left corner, the icon of Virtual Writing Tutor. In the center, you have a link to see how you can create your own glossary and another to see some more examples. In the middle right, you have a text area to put your title to your new glossary. When you have written your title, click on the button "new glossary". You will see this page. In the middle left, you can see instructions for your glossary. Follow those steps and at the end you will have a new glossary about whatever you want.
Now, you only have to click on the "publish" button, click on the button "new tab", and you have done it. You even can make a card game to help you remember those words.
So, if you are in Mechanics Building or a related field, that's how you solve the problem of not knowing the technical terms at your job. I promised I would show you how to do a glossary, and I did it using the website Virtual Writing Tutor.
