For those of you who don't know about the virtual writing tutor, I'll just explain what this program involves. We take courses in English which teaches us how to us the glossary in the virtual writing tutor, and we will need that in order to learn new words associated with our profession.

Nobody wants to have embarrassing errors in their writing. I certainly don't. If you are like me, you want them gone.

I have been in nursing for two years.

My goal is to demonstrate how to create a glossary.

Gets ready to follow my step-by-step tutorial.

You'll be amazed by what is coming next.

When we are with a patient who speaks English, but we don't know a specific word.

If I don't pronounce the right word, there may be misunderstanding and cause problems with medication, for example.

Imagine the patient is in pain, and you don't understand it, you can't relieve it.

When that happens, I know just what to do, which I am going to show you now.

First, open your browser. Type the virtual writing tutor.com into the address bar and hit enter. If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this page.

In the top left corner we have the logo.
At the bottom of the logo, we have the navigation menus.
In the middle of the screen, we have text area for correcting a text with the submit button.

Now here is where you want to go to find the solution to the specific problem I mentioned before.
On the navigation menu, you will click on writing tools, then you will click on the third it will be written Glossary creator.
On the right side in the middle you have a text area, it will be written new glossary title.
In this box, you will be written the name of your program and your name. When you finish you click on the button new glossary is on the right side of the title.
At the bottom of your title, you have a box name topic on the left of the page.
You will be a click on the square with pencil in the bottom left corner in the square.
A new window will appear like this.
In the middle on the screen you will be having a text area you can write your topic.
Click on the save button.
After you will be doing your introduction, it's the same thing as the topic.
You need to write about yourself, how long you have been in your program and the goal of the glossary.
Click on the Save botton.
For the term 1, same thing. You will write word like pain. Click on the Save button.
You will write part of speech, it is a noun. Click on the Save button.
You will click on pronunciation. In the new screen click on the speaker botton. For having the pronunciation. Click on the Save button.
For the definition, you click on the go botton. He will have a new tab. Then you copy and paste the definition. Click on the Save button.
For the translation same thing. You write douleur. After, you click on the Save button.
Example same thing.Then you copy and paste the definition. Click on the Save button.
Image is the same thing. You copy and paste the image you like. Click on the Save button.
In the bottom right corner of the term 1 there is the plus symbol with Term. It is for adding new word.
And you do that for 20 words, and click on publishing.

I promised I would show you how to do a glossary, and I did it using the website the virtual writing tutor.com.
