If you are studying Graphic design or already working as one, you probably know this feeling: we only focus on visuals that sometimes we forget to check carefully the written part of our communication. Many graphic designers experience the same issue, when we send emails to clients, we make small grammar mistakes without noticing them

I have experienced this myself. Sometimes, after writing an email quickly, I realized later that there were mistakes that could make me look less professional.

In our program, we learn about branding, typography, layout, and digital communication.

Today, I want to present a practical solution to this common challenge using Writing Tutor Grammar Checker

By the end of this video, you will know exactly how to use this tool to improve your email clarity and sound professional.

And you may be surprised at how small grammar corrections can completely change a client's perception of your professionalism.

In graphic design, we often email clients about logo revisions, brand identity choices, deadlines, and feedback. We need to be clear, polite and professional.

But if an email has grammar mistakes or unclear sentences, the client may misunderstand the request, doubt your professionalism, or lose confidence. In a competitive industry, that can mean losing time, losing trust, or even losing the client.

Here is a realistic email example with mistakes:

"Hello, i send tou the fial logo yesterday. If you want change something tell me fats because i have many project"

The client can understand it, but it sounds rushed and unprofessional.

Now, I will show you how to fix this email step-by-step using the Virtual Writing Tutor Grammar Checker.

First, I open my web browser, in my case is Google Chrome. In the address bar at the top of the screen, I type virtualwritingtutor.com and press enter. Once the homepage loads, I can see the virtual Writing Tutor interface.

In the top left corner, we see the Virtual Writing Tutor logo. Across the top navigation bar, there are different sections such as Essay Test, Pen pals, Writing Tools, API, and lessons.
In the middle of the screen, there is a large text box where users can type, speak, or paste their writing.
Above the text box, there are several blue action buttons, including Improve Writing, Check Grammar, Detect GPT, Check level, Check score and others.
Each button offers a different writing analysis feature.
For this demonstration, I will focus on the Check Grammar button

First, I copy and paste a sample of my professional email into the large text box.
This email intentionally contains small grammar errors.
Next, I click on the blue button labeled "check grammar" the system analyzes my paragraph and shows the results below.
At the top, we can see some statistics.
For example, it shows the word count, the paragraph count, the total error count, and the error density percentage.
(Error density refers to the number of mistakes in the text compared to the total number of words)
Below that, the system list each mistake one by one.
- what I wrote
- The type of error
- Feedback explaining the mistake
- and a suggested correction
for example, it detected a capitalization error in the letter "i", it also detected a possible typo in the world "tou" instead of "you"
This structured feedback makes it easy to understand what went wrong and how to fix it.

Today, I demonstrated how graphic designers can use the Check Grammar feature on Virtual Writing Tutor to avoid professional email mistakes.
Clear communication is just as important as visual design.
