For many students in Cegep, English is not their first language so for that problem we have a solution, which is Virtual Writing Tutor.
Personally, English has been a little difficult for me, specially grammar, but by using this tool my grammar has gotten much better.
By using this tool I have gotten much better in my writing assignments. I went from a 66% to an 87%.
My Goal is to help you improve your English skills by showing you how this website works.
I recommend all of you to use Virtual writing Tutor. It is really simple to use. Get ready to follow my step-by-step tutorial. You will only need to click some buttons, and it will be all done!

Every semester we have assignments to do. Many students don't know how to correct their writings. Sometimes, they think English is "easy" and they neglect the correction of it.
Because of that, they start to get bad grades and by the end of the semester they don't know how to correct a writing because they never learned how. English is an important class and having bad grades can affect your grades. To be more specific, the R score.
Now, imagine a student has four writing assignments due on the same week but in different classes, and one of them is English. The student is going to start with his English homework because it is the "easiest" one, and he will not correct it because he will trust himself because he is already "good" in English. That is a bad habit because even if we are good at English we can still make some mistakes. He will have more time for the other assignments but at what cost? A bad grades that is going to affect his R score later on.
But don't you worry, this screencast will show how to correct your mistakes fast and easy.
First when you open your device you will open a new tab in your browser and type this URL : virtualwritingtutor.com, in the address bar.
Once you have entered the URL, you should see the logo of the website in the top left corner. In the top right corner you have the setting menu, if you click on it, it will name you all the features this web has and describe you how they work. Over here, you have the navigation menu. You can see the features of the web. And in the middle, you have the text area, which is the one you are going to write on. To see your errors you will click into the submit button "Check Grammar".
For example, I am going to write something in the text area and, you will see how efficient this web is. Now that I finished writing my sentence I will click into "Check Grammar". When I scroll down it will highlight in red my mistakes and tell me how I can correct it or give me some answers.
