What's the best way to memorize?

Introduction

Greetings.
My name is Catherine Simard and I've been in the Biology program for 2 years at Rosemont college.
For those of you who don't know about it, biology is the study of living beings. Yes, rocks count in that description. I don't know why either.
We also learn about cells, genes, chemical reactions and the workings of the environment. By learning how things work in the human body, it teaches us how to fix or at least moderate symptoms of diseases, and we will need that in order to work in medicine as nurses, pharmacists et cetera.
.

My goal is to help students memorize, and stay motivated to learn.

with an amazing website im sure you never heard of before

The Problem

The hardest part of being in this program is memorization. There's a lot of specialized vocabulary and names to remember.
During the semester, there are not enough hours in the day to memorize everything we have to know.

I'd be the first to admit that I have quite the bad memory, but to become a doctor in anything you absolutely need to have straight A's

So here's a way you can memorize with a side of fun to stay motivated.

The Quest

First, open your browser. Type K.A.H.O.O.T. into the address bar and hit enter.

here's Kahoot it's a website where you can make personalized quizzes, depending on what you need kahoot for it can provide you with different tools
at the bottom of the page we can see it can be used by ...,...,......
however I will show you all of that in the next video because today we just want to make quizzes for our fellow students
To make a quizz, click on the bottom/top right/left corner/button then....

The Solution

Here we can write a simple question like "whats the powerhouse of the cell?" then we write answers and mark which is correct.
We can also do questions with an image attached so we can do legend questions......

The Conclusion

So, if you are in Biology or a related field, that’s how you help yourself and your fellow friends memorize.

Thank you for watching to the end, find the bell if you dont want to miss my next video that will have nothing to do with tutorials, and farewell
