My name is Isabelle. and I'm studying in the program of Libraries and Information technologies at Maisonneuve college. I want to become a librarian technician and I want to learn how access and research data. I'm in my second to third year in this program. This program gives a high perspective and understanding on extracting data, knowledge and good researching . I'm going to show you an interesting site called Google Scholar.

I am studying in a program that give much important access the use of information. And GOOGLE SCOLAR is the perfect source for the use of academic purposes. With the use of Google Scholar, the sourcing will be complete, exact and credible.

Not many students in other fields that know to how retreive proper information for the use of school work. I want to help many people research well and use useful sites for researching to avoid the consequence of fake news.

My goal for this video, is to give an important example on how to use a site for the purpose of research.

I'm giving to explain why it's a bad thing when its comes to misinformed researching. When it comes to research, Many clients expect the staff in a library to do their work for them or research and this is bad thing. Most of the time, the clients that use the library services try to copy from numerous sites that generates information from AI for example, like CHATGPT. To guarantee that the information that you have is useful and accurate. In this field, there is a lot of resources that you can find and you can use that will give excellent example of sources.
