To be honest, one thing I've struggled with is explaining complex engineering ideas to non-engineers.

As a student in my final year and now working in the field, I've learned that technical skills are not enough-we also need tools that help us communicate clearly.

Today, I'll show you a tool called Miro , which has helped me present ideas in a way that is visual, collaborative, and easy to understand.

Soo.. how can we turn complicated engineering reports into something others can actually follow? Let's get into it.

The Problem

In my internship, I work with teams from different departments- HR , marketing, finance.And often, they don't fully understand our technical language.

This causes confusions, delays, and sometimes projects that don't meet expectations.

Once, I shared a process optimization plan , and the team nodded- but later asked what they were actually supposed to do. That's when I realized: our message needs to be more visual and interactive.

That is how Miro comes in.It's a collaborative online whiteboard that helps you explain things visually and in real time.

The Quest

To get started , we gonna have to go to miro.com and you have to sign up or create an account. I'm not gonna show you here but it is very easy to create one. After that, it's free to begin.

Once you log in , you gonna have to create a new dashboard. This is your canvas.You can drag in shapes , arrows, sticky notes, images- whatever you need.
