How can I write reports with no mistakes?

Introduction

Hello, my name is Charlotte Landry, I’m 18 years old, and it is my second year studying Police Technology.
For those of you who don’t know about Police Technology, I am going to explain what this program involves. This field of study is often misunderstood because people associate it with violence when in reality our role is to maintain peace, security and justice in our community with our services. In fact, we learn throughout our studies how to intervene and interact with different clienteles from babies to senior citizens and people with intellectual deficiency and criminal records by learning the laws we need to follow and enforce in the law courses so civil and criminal law. We also have a defense course and a swimming one to learn how to protect ourselves and others. This program can lead you to become a police officer, a dog-handler or a detective specialized in substances related crimes, or you can go to university after the three years of your program and work for something other than policing like become a lawyer. These are just a few of the many careers waiting for you.

The Problem

As someone who is interested in becoming a police officer, I am always searching for ways to improve my writing so that when the moment comes that I’ll need to write reports after my interventions, those will be clear and error-free. It’s essential for them to be clear because your reports are sent to courts many times in your career, you cannot look unprofessional or be misunderstood because you don’t know how to write properly.

The Quest

I am going to explain to you how to solve this problem. First, open your browser and type this URL link virtualwritingtutor.com on the address bar. Once you are there, you can see in the top left corner the logo of the website followed by the navigation menu right below it. Then, under it is information about the website. In the middle of your screen is a text area where in the bottom right corner of it, is a microphone option.

The Solution

Now, it is in this box that you will, you find the solution to the problem I mentioned before. You can write your sentence here and then click on the check grammar button. When you scroll down, it will indicate the number of errors you made, and the right grammar you should use. You can also scroll back up and click on improve writing button. When you scroll back down, it will explain to you how to make your sentence better.

The Conclusion

So, I kept my promise for those of you studying Police Technology and want to make sure your reports won’t have errors in the future, like I said use the virtual writing tutor website like I demonstrated.
