Hi, my name is Nadia, If you don't know me, yet I’m a student at Ahuntsic College and I will be studying in Natural Science next semester. Before that, I was in Tremplin Dec for 1 and a half years. In the Natural, Science program there is a mix between biology, mathematics, and physics. For example, we have a course named differential calculus which uses mathematics. Today, I choose to talk about the dental field to be more specific I choose the orthodontist which is a dentist that treats teeth and jaws irregularities.

We all probably don't like repetitive task or a boring one. Sometimes, they are difficult to understand too. It gets really annoying.

I need to do stuff for my classes, but I never really know what to do or how to do it. Looking for the help made me improve my understanding.

I was more organize this year than any other school years.

My goal is to show you a website that in my opinion is underestimated. This website can help you a lot with organization and in your profession too.

It will only take a few minutes.

You will be surprised with all the things you can do in this website.

In your career as an orthodontist, you will have to be organized. There are some tasks that are repetitive, and they might be boring. Like an accident report. You might not even know how to write one. Yes, we don't usually report things every day. It can also be something that you simply don't have the time to.

If we don't have the proper organization, it can lead to forgotten task or missing appointment for example. Imagine missing your patient appointment to tighten their braces.

It is your first time writing an accident report. For example, you want to report someone for sexual harassment. You may be uncomfortable with this situation and you just want to get past it as quickly as you can or simply don't know how to report someone.

That can be annoying, but I found a solution for that.

Start by opening your browser, write in the address bar Canva. Click the first link right here. I suggest that you to log in like I did, it prevents you from loosing your previous work.

Let's do a quick tour of the website. At your right, you will see all of your projects. Next to projects, there are templates to serve as a structural guide. If you click there, you will see a variety of templates. At the top of the screen, we have an address bar. It will be useful today.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an accident report template, but you can create one. You can look up for inspiration by searching for report. The best part about this website is when you create a template you can use it for many others, reason. Maybe, you can use one to make a list your patient for a dental implant or for those who need a denture. Click right here on create a design. You will create your own template that you can use multiple time. Just press on projects to find it.

So, if you are in the dental field, that's how you can solve the problem for organization and to accomplish repetitive tasks.
