At the top of the screen in the middle, you can see the navigation menu.
In the middle of the screen, you can see the text area.

Now you have to write in the text area your email or your reports, and it will correct your grammar, and you can even improve your writing by clicking on improve writing button or check grammar button that is in this navigation menu on top of the text area.
