Hi Youtube, my name is Charles Lagace, and I am in Police Technology. It has been 2 years that I have been in this program. My program is more focused on the theory side of the police. Like you can all think, no I don't learn how to drive a police car, for the moment, we learn how to interact with the population to be able to help them in all the situations. For example, I have some criminology, defense and law course. When you became a police officer, you can be what you want, you can be a dog master, a member of the swat team, literally, you can be part of too many programs.

Like everyone, I want to be better in my pronunciation because some time, if your English is not perfect, some people may have a problem understanding what you're saying.

I am not the best to talk in English, but I am better right now than when I start.

For the past years, I kept an average of 85%.

My plan today is to show you how to use Virtual Writing Tutor to help you with the pronunciation of words.

For the next minute, I want you to listen to me and look at what I will do, it will help you a lot.

The next thing that coming will amaze you.

When you do your job, and your working with some important colleague, you want to make good impression in front of them, so you cannot misspell some words.

When you forget some words in a conversation, people around you can think your a fool, and they will judge you, also, it can negatively affect their comprehension on what you really want to say.

For example, when you are a police officer, you have to make some testimonial some time, and if you misspelled some words in front of the judge and everybody, this can be dramatic. To talks at a trial, you have to use some certain type of words, and you have to be formal in the way you say those words.

Talking in front of the judge or in front of lawyer can be really stressful, but no worries, in the next few minute, I will show you how to solve your pronunciation problem.

First, you have to open any browser available on your laptop, like Firefox, Microsft Edge for example. I am currently using Microsoft Edge. After you have opened your browser, click on the address bar and type this URL "Virtualwritingtutor". After, click on the enter button of your laptop. I you have done all of the tasks in order, you should be at this page.

Once you arrived at this site, you can see in the top left corner the logo of the site. You can also see the navigation menu just under the logo, and under the navigation menu, you can see some information to learn more about the website. In the right top corner, you can see that you are perfectly connected to the site. In the middle of the screen, you have a box, where you can type any word or sentence you want to correct. At the bottom right of that box, you can see a microphone and a speaker function.

Now, here is when you want to solve the problem I mentioned linked with the pronunciation. You want to write in the box the sentence or the word you know to pronounce. For example, I will write something to show you. After that, you want to go on the bottom right of that box and click on the microphone. It will show you how to pronounce it correctly with no spelling mistake.
