Hi, my name is Annika Desjardins. I have been studying in Natural Science at Ahuntsic College for 2 years now. My glossary will be useful to people like me who would like to go in nursing. Being a nurse requires a lot of understanding and strong communication skills.
My topic is nursing. A real-world problem my glossary can help to solve is to help memorize hard terms, as well, knowing their definitions and pronunciation. The glossary will help understand the meaning and definition of 15 words related to nursing. I took the words on a list of terms related to my field of study, and I found the information on the internet. Each word has a definition, an audio to help pronunciation the word, a translation in French, an example and a picture. This glossary will help you had words to you vocabulary.

Example: He was treated for an acute infection.

Example: The nurse elevated the patient's head to prevent the aspiration of fluids into the lungs.
