Noun
noun the evaluation or estimation of the nature, quality, or ability of someone or something. "the assessment of educational needs"
Example: It's a difficult problem that requires careful assessment. I don't agree with his assessment of the problem. The owners claimed the tax assessment on their house was too high.

Conspicuous
Adjective
adjective standing out so as to be clearly visible. "he was very thin, with a conspicuous Adam's apple" attracting notice or attention. "he showed conspicuous bravery"

Correspondence
Noun
a close similarity, connection, or equivalence. "there is a simple correspondence between the distance of a focused object from the eye and the size of its image on the retina"
Example: The two men began a correspondence that would continue throughout their lives. A book of the author's personal correspondence was published early last year. A formal tone is always used in business correspondence. Note the correspondence of each number to a location on the map.

Verb
verb past tense: formalised; past participle: formalised give (something) legal or formal status. give (something) a definite structure or shape. "we became able to formalize our thoughts"
Example: The company has formalized its hiring practices. Congress formalized the policy by making it law.

Adjective
adjective serving to form something, especially having a profound and lasting influence on a person's development. "his formative years"
Example: Fluid surrounding the baby, and so contribute to FORMATIVE defects.

Ingrained
Adjective
(of dirt or a stain) deeply embedded and thus difficult to remove. "the ingrained dirt on the flaking paintwork".

Verb
fail to care for properly. "the old churchyard has been sadly neglected"
Example: The prison guard neglected his duty. Noun The park was overgrown and littered from years of neglect. The parents were charged with child neglect. The house is in a state of neglect.

used to single out an individual member of a specified group or class. "the action seems to discriminate against a particular group of companies"
Example: The crowd seemed clustered at one particular spot. She had no particular concern about that part. It is impossible to make any general law which will work with every particular act and not fail in some circumstances.
