The physical education teacher plays an essential role in our school environment. In fact, he does not only teach sports, but he also encourages students to develop healthy habits. He plans and organizes different activities while taking into account the age of the students. He must make sure that all safety instructions are explained and understood by the students. He also promotes the physical development of students by evaluating them on specific skills. He has to give the proper grade to each student by considering their attitude, performance, and effort.

An ability to do an activity or job well, especially because you have practised it.
Speed
How fast something moves.
Strenght
The degree to which something is strong or powerful.
Stretch
To make your body or your arms and legs straight so that they are as long as possible, in order to exercise the joints (place where two bones are connected) after you have been in the same place or position for a long time.
Tactic
A planned way of doing something.
Trajectory
He curved path that an object follows after it has been thrown or shot into the air.
Transition
To change, or make someone or something change, from one form or situation to another.
Warm-up
To become warmer or to make someone or something warmer.
