- Active listening
- in office system technology it is a structured, intentional communication technique requiring full concentration on a speaker to comprehend, interpret, and evaluate their message without judgment.
- Archiving
- the permanent storage of documents and data in an unchangeable state: just as the document reached the company.
- Automation
- the use of technology to perform tasks with reduced human assistance.
- Browser
- an application software used to locate, retrieve and display content on the World Wide Web, including web pages, images, videos and other types of files. Ex: Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera browser, Apple Safari, and Tor.
- Confidential Data
- refers to protection of data from unauthorized access and disclosure, including means for protecting personal privacy and proprietary information.
- CRM (Customer relationship management)
- is a technology for managing a company's relationships and interactions with all of its customers and potential customers. The goal is simple: Improve business relationships.
- Customer inquiry
- It is a request for information, assistance, or clarification made by a customer to a business regarding products, services, or account details.
- Database
- an organized collection of structured information, or data, typically stored electronically in a computer system.
- ERP (Enterprise resource planning)
- It is an external device that connects to a computer to expand its capabilities.
- Filling system
- a form of record-keeping. Documents are filed in order that they may be available for. use at some future data, which is the precise purpose of making records.
- MEMO: (Memorandum or note)
- a written message within a business or organization.
- Microsoft Office
- a suite of software applications designed to help with productivity and completing common tasks on a computer.
- Organisation Chart
- a visual road map that outline how a company operates.
- Peripheral device
- It is an external device that connects to a computer to expand its capabilities.
- Professional Tone
- a style of communication that conveys respect, formality, and clarity, typically used in business, academic, or formal settings.
- Proofreading
- It is the final stage of checking a text before it is published or shared. It focuses on correcting minor errors and inconsistencies (for example, in punctuation and capitalization).
- Record Management
- It is the control and maintenance of both digital and hard copy documentation of transactions and business activity, also known as records.
- Task list
- a systematic arrangement of activities or assignments that need to be completed within a specified time frame.
- URL(Uniform Resource Locator):
- a web address that provides a unique, specific location for a particular resource on the internet.
- VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- describes the opportunity to establish a protected network connection when using public networks.
- Workflow
- a system for managing repetitive processes and tasks which occur in a particular order.
