Being a teacher means helping students to learn a lot of things for example, languages, mathematics, grammar, etc. A teacher’s job is to explain ideas in a way that a young or an older students can learn, and understand more about it. A teacher is also someone who guides them when they struggle, and encourage them to not give up, and grow. Teaching is mostly a job that helps students think, ask questions, and discover answers. A good teacher needs patience, clear communication, and understanding. A teacher must find different ways to explain the same idea because not every student learn the same way, and at the same rhythm. A teacher has to be organized, and they also have to plan their lessons carefully before class so that all students can have a clear structure about what the topic of the day is going to be.
