A physical therapist is a healthcare worker that is specialized in body movement. He tried to improve the mobility, the pain and to restore the physical function of the patient. To do that, depending on the diagnostic, he can make customize exercise, manual therapy and education. He can work with everyone, but he can be specialized in sport or with the geriatric patient and more.

- Cardiopulmonary
- Relating to the heart and the lungs.
- Chronic pain
- Pain that persists for more than 3 to 6 months, lasting beyond the typical healing time for an injury or illness.
- Diagnostic
- The judgment about a particular problem after the examination.
- Electromyography
- The recording of the electrical activity of muscle tissue, or its representation as a visual display or audible signal, using electrodes attached to the skin or inserted into the muscle.

- A physical activity that promote a stronger and healthier body.
- Injury
- A damage that affected people health and living condition.
- Knee
- The joint between the thigh and the lower leg in humans.

- The action that a person is doing during a short period.

- Relating to or denoting the musculature and skeleton together.

- The branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the nervous system.
- Pain
- Physical suffering or discomfort caused by illness or injury.
- Prevention
- The act to prevent a thing before it happened

- Movement to an improved or more developed state, or to a forward position.
- Push
- Exert force on (someone or something) in order to move them away from oneself.
- Recovery
- A return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength.
- Rehabilitation
- The action of restoring someone to health or normal life through training and therapy after illness.
- Sport
- A physical activity that required some efforts.
- Stretch
- To make your body or your arms and legs straight so that they are as long as possible, in order to exercise the joints.
- Taping
- The action of using a tape to maintain the body in a way to release the pain and to help the patient.
- Treatment
- Medical care given to a patient for an illness or injury.
