The Paramedic is a job, or we have to study three years to finally get a job temp. Being an ambulance driver means always being available when there is an emergency call. When you arrive at the scene of an accident, you never know what you might find. Accidents are often serious, and others can be as minor as heatstroke. To be a paramedic, you must not have a sensitive heart, you must be ready to interact and be mentally strong. That said, it's still a very good job, and you save a lot of lives.
- ambulance
- Vehicle intended for transporting the sick and injured to hospitals.
- bandages
- Strips of fabric applied to a part of the body, for a dressing, to support an organ.
- cardiac Resuscitation:
- Is an emergency procedure used during cardiac or respiratory arrest that involves chest compression.
- communication
- The act of communicating with someone, of interacting with others, generally through language; a verbal exchange between a speaker and an interlocutor from whom they expect a response.
- defibrillator
- That can change if a patient has an implantable cardiac defibrillator or ICD, which shocks the heart back to beating normally.
- emergency
- A dangerous or serious situation that happen unexpectedly and needs fast action order to avoid harmful results.
- first responder
- Someone designated or trained to respond to an emergency.
- fracture
- A rupture caused by force, a discontinuity produced in a body. A rupture of a bone or hard cartilage.
- gloves
- A piece of clothing that fits the hand exactly, covering each finger separately.
- hemorrhage
- Flow of blood outside of blood vessels.
- hospital
- An institution providing medical and surgical treatment and nursing care for sick or injured people.
- mask
- A device covering the mouth and nose to reduce the transmission of infectious agents or to prevent the inhalation of pollutants and other harmful substances.
- medical kit
- A first-aid kit is a collection of supplies and equipment used to provide immediate medical care, known as first aid, for minor injuries and emergencies until professional treatment becomes available.
- patient
- A person who receives medical care is hospitalized or is registered with a specific doctor or dentist.
- priority
- Right to take precedence over another or others, by virtue of a regulation, a law.
- professionalism
- State, status of someone who carries out an activity, a profession as an experienced professional.
- rapidity
- The quality of moving or reacting with great speed.
- stretcher
- Vehicle intended for transporting the sick and injured to hospitals.
- trauma
- All the disorders caused in the body by an injury or serious trauma; a very violent emotional shock.
- treat
- Give medical care or attention to; try to heal or cure.
