The latest time or date by which something should be completed.
Example: What else really matters is the project deadline.

The process of choosing between options.
Example: Our decision-making has been off the charts this month.

The tangible outcomes or results that must be completed.
Example: Are the milestones consistent with the deliverables?

The ratio of the useful work performed by a machine or in a process to the total energy expended or heat taken in.
Example: Offers specialisation in activities this improves efficiency. Overheads, selling and administration.

A prediction based on data (often sales or financial).
Example: Our forecast is saying that we will make 500 K profit this year.

Key performance indicator which is a metric to measure success.
Example: In order for the firm to re-assert its position in the market, it must focus on maximizing all these KPI's as opposed to simply increasing profits.

The day-to-day activities that keep the business running.
Example: The efficiency of our operations needs some improvement.

Deciding what’s most important to work on first.
Example: I prioritized the work my boss gave me to make him happy.

The ability to grow without losing efficiency.

Example: By developing a sustainable strategy, differentiated offering is vital as customers can see the distinct VALUE PROPOSITION as superior to alternatives.
