In all veterinary clinic, we have a lot of people who's speaking only in English. It could be really useful if we can have a little glossary that can help us to better understand what the clients are saying. This glossary will contain twenty words. I used the application "Virtual Writing Tutor". It is easy to click on the link. It will bring you to the Google definition, an image and the translation.
To create the words of my glossary, I ask one of my friends, who has a cat and a dog, what comes to her mind when she thinks about a veterinary visit.
A tick

Although ticks are commonly thought of as insects, they are actually arachnids like scorpions, spiders and mites. All members of this group have four pairs of legs as adults and have no antennae. Adult insects have three pairs of legs and one pair of antennae.
