Brand equity

Buyer persona

Churn rate

The annual percentage rate at which customers stop subscribing to a service or employees leave a job.
Conversion rate

A key metric that calculates the percentage of users who complete a specific desired action out of the total number of visitors to your website or marketing platform.
Drip Campaign

An automated marketing strategy where a series of pre-written messages are sent to a specific audience in a timed sequence, triggered by a particular user action.
Flywheel
Noun
A growth model that emphasizes building momentum through a continuous, cyclical process of customer-centric actions, rather than a single grand event or a linear sales funnel.
Gross Rating Points

In advertising, a gross rating point (GRP) measures the size of an audience that an advertisement impacts.
Lead nurturing
