Sales and marketing glossary.

19 the topics of this glossary were about the sales and marketing vocabulary. I decide to do this list to learn new words terms

My name is Yoan Bailleul, I am currently studying for a Bachelor’s in Marketing Techniques in Roubaix, a program I have been following for two years. I created this glossary to gather and simplify key terms in marketing and business. It is designed for students, young professionals, and anyone new to this field, with the goal of making complex concepts easier to understand and use in both academic and professional contexts. The glossary contains 20 terms (to be specified), each with a short definition, sometimes an example, and links to related concepts. To build it, I used a mix of academic sources, professional articles, and reliable online resources such as Hubspot and specialized dictionaries. I then simplified the definitions to make them more accessible. The next step for the reader is to explore the glossary to become familiar with this essential vocabulary, which can be useful for exams, projects, or practical work in companies.
