action plan: noun; it's a legal document where all professionals come together to determine and to help the client with a specific problem; Example: We have to do an action plan for Philip.; en: plan d'intervention
adjustment disorder: noun; it's a disorder when a person has difficulty overcoming a stressful situation. The symptoms can differ from a person.; Example: The family of Julia has move 3 times. When the school has started, Julia have devolpped an adjustement disorder
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder: noun; it's a neurodevelopmental disorder characterised with impulsion, hyperactivity and inattention.; Example: Since 3 years old, Marc has a ADHD
autism spectrum disorder: noun; it's a neurological and developmental disorder that affect how people communicate, learn and behave.; Example: Most girls that have Autism spectrum disorder hide it more than boys
cognitive distortion: noun; It's an inaccurate thoughts that person how they perceived themselves and the world.; Example: Most people that have or had depression, they can have cognition distortion

Snoezelen room: noun; it's a room when people that are overstimulated go to the room to relax. The room can depend on place to place , but they have the same concept.
