Money available after covering all operating investment expenses.

Taxed impose on a business.

Purchases of assets of securities with execution of generating income or profit.
leadership
The ability to influence, motivate and guide a group toward a common goal.

Act of coordinating ressources, people and processes to achieve organizational goals.
manager
Person responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing business operations and employees.
