For me, this glossary is a way to prepare myself to the vocabulary that I will use in the future. It's also help me with my English at different levels. This glossary will be accessible by every one and can help people in my situation.

Activation
Noun
The action or process of making something active or operative.
Example: Every training starts with the activation, to prevent future injuries.

Noun
A small alteration or movement made to achieve a desired fit, appearance, or result.
Example: I did an adjustment to his training plan.

A practical exhibition and explanation of how something works or is performed.
Example: I always do demonstration of every exercises during the first week.

the process of judging or calculating the quality, importance, amount, or value of something
Example: My client's evaluation is taking longer than expected.
