My glossary relates to my field of study, the Technique of Accounting and Management. In this field, you can observe all aspects of administration, such as marketing, selling, finance, and, of course, accounting. To help you understand the administration world you need to understand some specific words and be able to put them in context. That's what my glossary will be about.
Acquisition
Process of obtaining or gaining control over something, typically an asset, company, or resource.
Example: The recent acquisition of this company significantly expanded its market share and costumer base.

Analyze
Examine methodically and in detail the constitution or structure of (something, especially information), typically for purposes of explanation and interpretation.
Example: Before making a decision, the team will analyse the market trends to understand potential risks and opportunities.

Business
A person's regular occupation, profession, or trade. The practice of making one's living by engaging in commerce.
Example: This business has grown rapidly over the past five years, increasing his income and expanding over the market.

Capitalization
The provision of capital for a company, or the conversion of income or assets into capital.
Example: The capitalization of the business grew after they opened new stores.

Decentralization
The transfer of control of an activity or organization to several local offices or authorities rather than one single one.
Example: Decentralization helps local governments manage their resources more effictively.

Financial
The finances or financial situation of an organization or individual.
Example: The company is seeking financial advice to improve is cash flow and reduce operating costs.

Fraud
A person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities. Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain
Example: The company was investigated for fraud after it was discovered that some financial records had been falsified.

Human Resources
The department of a business or organization that deals with the hiring, administration, and training of personnel.
Example: The Human Resources department is responsible for recruiting new employees and managing employees benefits.

Management
The process of dealing with or controlling things or people.
Example: Effective management of the team helped achieve the sales target set by the company.

Sell
Give or hand over (something) in exchange for money.
Example: This company is selling sports furniture, and they're very affordable on the market.
