Diagnostic Imaging Glossary

20 Medicine and Health terms

Hi, my name is Angelica, and I am planning to study diagnostic medical imaging at Ahuntsic College. I have developed a strong interest in medical imaging and its role in healthcare. However, I noticed that the terminology in this field can be complex and sometimes overwhelming. To help simplify these concepts, I created this glossary as a resource for students, healthcare professionals, and anyone interested in medical imaging. My goal is to make key terms more accessible and easier to understand, bridging the gap between technical language and practical knowledge.
