20 Medical records management terms

My name is Christie this is my second year in this program . My glossary will be for other students or people who are curious about my program . I will attempt to demystify my program using commonly used terms in the field. my glossary can help students better understand the profession. It contains 20 terms.I found the definitions in my actively learning english book.

active records

Frequently used records required for day to day business,refered to more than once per monthper file drawer.
Example: The active records of this person are missing.
