If you're just someone who is curious about delinquency, how to help others and how we deal with it, you're in the right place. Youth and Adult Correctional Intervention refers to the various strategies, programs, and approaches used to address and rehabilitate individuals involved in delinquent or criminal behavior (youth and adult too). Criminal offence

Criminogenic factors
Criminogenic Needs are factors in an offender's life that are directly related to recidivism. Research has identified six factors that are directly related to crime: low self-control, anti-social personality, anti-social values, criminal peers, substance abuse and dysfunctional family and more.
Example: Researchers determined that Lucas' criminogenic factors were drug addiction and his dysfunctional family.
