It is the procedure to return to a healty or good way of life. It has the purpuse to help a person recover from something. Many forms of rehabilitation exist such as, social rehabilitation, medical rehabilitation, prison rehabilitation or drug and alcool rhabilitation.

It is to continually take the responsibility of dealing with crimes adressed against the public. The one in power also have the obligation to apply this justice with a human dignity, implying that they must respect and protect the human rights of everyone, no metter their crimes.
Example: Social justice allow us to put a man who's guilty of mass murder to go in jail.

It means the youth criminal justice act. It is the system and the processus in wich the govnerment treat a violation of law commited by a underage and the controversial procedures of juvenile punishement
Example: in the journal, they shared that a young boy is being protected by the YCJA after he just murdered his parents.
