Hi, my name is Andrew Oung. I live in Mirabel. I have been studying Social Sciences for 3 years at Ahuntsic College. My field of study is Psychology. The glossary that I have made could be useful for the students already studying in Social Sciences and also for the new students in this field of study. Each word in this glossary is related to the basic notions of Social Sciences and each of them is part of the vocabulary used in psychology. Indeed, these words have been specially chosen because it will improve your understanding of different terms.

anxiety

A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Example: He felt a surge of anxiety.
