Class action: Noun; A legal action that is organized by a group of people who all have the same legal problem.; Example: We are going to make a class action with our neighbour.; fr: Class action
Disposable: Adjective; A disposable product is intended to be thrown away after use.; Example: A disposable camera; fr: Jetable
Federal court: Noun; A court for cases that are dealt with according to federal/national laws.; Example: The federal court in Oakland didn't agreed.; fr: Cour fédérale
Plaintiff: Noun; Someone who makes a legal complaint against someone else in court.; Example: The plaintiff accused his neighbour of assaulting him.; fr: Plaignant
Stifling: Adjective; You can't inhale normally.; Example: It was so hot, it was so stifling.; fr: Etouffant.
Term: Noun; The period of time that a legal agreement lasts for.; Example: The lease on our house is near the end of its term.; fr: Terme
To reimburse: Verb; To pay back money to someone who has spent it for you or lost it because of you.; Example: The airline reimbursed me for the amount they had overcharged me.; fr: Rembourser
to withdraw: Verb; to take or move out or back, or to remove.; Example: This credit card allows you to withdraw up to £200 a day from ATMs.; fr: Se retirer.
