Terms which I am going to use in my presentation about floorball.
center
noun
The forward position of a player whose primary zone of play is the middle playing area, away from the sideboards. Centers have more flexibility in their positioning and often cover more than any other player.
Example: Center plays the most crucial position in floorball, as he has a big part both in attacking and defending.

a person who teaches and trains the members of a sports team and makes decisions about how the team plays during games
Example: A coach's move to change tactics turned out to be game-winning as the opposition had no answers.

Example: The defenseman's job is to defend his own goal.

the start of play, in which the ball is placed between two opposing players
Example: The enemy team was more successful in the faceoff.

a long, thin implement with a curved end, used to hit or direct the ball

a goal is scored when the ball entirely crosses the goal line between the two goal posts and below the goal crossbar. A goal awards one point to the team attacking the goal scored upon
Example: The team that scores the most goals is victorious.

a structure consisting of welded crossbars and goalposts attached to a nylon netting
Example: The ball flew past the goalkeeper and hit the construction of the goal net resulting in no goal.

Example: The goalkeeper made a game-winning save.

Example: The standard defensive equipment was made up of the helmet and shield (aspis), bronze greaves and breastplate, and most often a leather corslet, sometimes plated with bronze

indoor shoes

Non-marking shoes, naturally used during indoor sports such as basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, handball, etc. They are manufactured from a unique sole created from rubber-type material to offer maximum friction and a "smooth ride".
Example: Floorball players wear indoor shoes.

knee pads

a protective covering for the knee
Example: In floorball, goalkeepers spend a lot of time on their knees, therefore to protect themselves, they wear knee pads.

penalty

A penalty is a punishment for an infringement of the rules. Most penalties are enforced by sending the offending player to a penalty box for a set number of minutes
Example: The player will serve a five-minute penalty after the brutal foul.

an official who watches a game or match closely to ensure that the rules are adhered to and (in some sports) to arbitrate on matters arising from the play.
Example: The use of these expressions paints the object in question at a certain relation to the viewer, and just like no measurement can be taken without at least two points of reference, so too cannot an indexical concept be made without the subject being made reference to and the REFEREE themselves

Example: This year's world floorball championships were won by Finland, breaking Sweden's streak.
