I wrote this glossary to stick all important words in my head, and also to practice my English and to get improved.
I found the words from my booklet and from my translated texts.

can be used as a noun or a verb
- a device used for observing, checking, or keeping a continuous record of something.
- observe and check the progress or quality of (something) over a period; keep under systematic review.
Example: These comparisons will allow the project team to MONITOR all variances from the budget at each review meeting.

Verb
1- commit oneself to and begin (an enterprise or responsibility); take on.
2- promise to do a particular thing.
Example: 1- a firm of builders undertook the construction work
2- the firm undertook to keep price increases to a minimum
