My presentation is about volleyball and many terms I will be using are hard for normal people to understand. Hoping this might help a little:)

An opposite hitter, also known as a right-side hitter, is considered the most versatile because they can excel on offense and defense. They will not only hit the ball from the front and back row but also dig for quick attacks and set the ball if the setter is unable to do it.

This action puts the ball into play. The server uses the hand or any part of the arm to send the ball over the net and into the opposing court.

A set is an overhand contact of the ball, usually the second contact in a rally, made after a pass in a serve, receive or after a dig in defense to redirect the ball to a hitter in the front row or back row by a setter to run the team's offense.
Example: Good set from the setter is very important for the hitter.

The setter is the main contributor to the offense of the volleyball team. One of the requirements of the setter are having a delicate touch to set the ball perfectly for one of the attacking players.

Offensive play where a player slams the ball sharply downwards over the net and into the opposing court, making it difficult for the opposing team to recover the ball.
Example: His spike was too powerful for the defenders on the opposite team.
