My name is I**** H**** I'm presently in my last year of Nature Science's. The job of a kinesiologist is to help people to live a healthy life with the physical activity. They can boost your performances with their knowledge and expertise or only help you to achieve your fitness goal or healthy lifestyle. Plyometrics, also known as jump training or plyos, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength). This training focuses on learning to move from a muscle extension to a contraction in a rapid or "explosive" manner, such as in specialized repeated jumping.
