The reason I decided to make this glossary is for students who are studying in business management to help us to remember the terms and their meaning in case we don't remember it.

Capital
It is a noun.
The funds and assets invested in a business by the owners.
Example: Investors are finding that there has been a satisfactory return on capital.

It is a noun.
Cash flow is the movement of money in and out of your business.
Example: The cash flow for this company is negative.

It is a noun.
The sale of products and services over the Internet.

Equity
It is a noun.
The value of the shares issued by a company.
Example: He owns 62% of the group's equity.

Gross
It is an adjective.
The total amount or quantity before deductions or expenses.
Example: The gross amount of the gift was $2,000.

Liabilities
It is a noun.
It is a debt your business owes another person or entity.
Example: The partners accept unlimited liability for any risks they undertake.

Net loss
It is a noun.
A company incurs a net loss when the expenses for a specific period are higher than the revenues for the same period
Example: Despite a few good months, the company had a net loss last year.

Objective
It is a noun.
A company or team's objective outlines a goal that a business, team or individual is trying to achieve.
Example: Our company objective was to increase the sales from last year.

Profitability
It is a noun.
A business's profitability is its ability to yield a certain financial gain in relation to it's size and cost.
Example: Profitability may not improve well until next year.

Shareholder
It is a noun.
A shareholder is anym person,company or institution who owns one or more shares in a company.
Example: The government is still a majority shareholder in the industry.
