Different terms used in Japanese Sake and related Kanji

Futsushu 普通酒

Non premium sake. Regular sake but could also be termed as "table sake"

Tokubetsu 特别

Means "Special". Designation implying that a special process was applied during production a a Junmai or Honjozo grade sake.
