Boiling
verb
the action of bringing a liquid to the temperature at which it bubbles and turns to vapor.
Example: The water is boiling.

Change of state
Change; transitive verb state: noun
The physical process where matter moves from one state to another.
Example: Sublimination is a type of change of state.

Concentration
noun
a close gathering of people or things.
Example: It's a big concentration of water.

Flow
noun
move along or out steadily and continuously in a current or stream.
Example: The liquids flow.

Flow rate
noun
the amount of fluid that flows in a given time
Example: What's the flow rate of these liquids?

Fluids
noun
a substance that has no fixed shape and yields easily to external pressure; a gas or (especially) a liquid.
Example: There is many types of fluids.

Freezing
adjective
the freezing point of water.
Example: It's freezing here.

Gas
noun
a substance or matter in a state in which it will expand freely to fill the whole of a container, having no fixed shape (unlike a solid) and no fixed volume (unlike a liquid).
Example: Vapor is a gas.

a substance that flows freely but is of constant volume, having a consistency like that of water or oil.
Example: Drink plenty of liquids

physical substance in general, as distinct from mind and spirit; (in physics) that which occupies space and possesses rest mass, especially as distinct from energy.
Example: The properties of matter.

Scientific inquiry

Scientific inquiry refers to the diverse ways in which scientists study the natural world and propose explanations based on the evidence derived from their work.
Example: I need to finish my scientific inquiry first.

Solid
adjective
firm and stable in shape; not liquid or fluid.
Example: A book is solid.

Temperture
noun
the degree or intensity of heat present in a substance or object, especially as expressed according to a comparative scale and shown by a thermometer or perceived by touch.
Example: Change the temperature of the air.

Viscosity
noun
the property of a fluid that resists the force tending to cause the fluid to flow.
Example: The water have a very low viscosity
