I made this glossary to show different terms in relation to the administrative assistant profession and to explain them well.

Accounting
noun
It's a action or process of keeping financial accounts.
Example: At my work I do accounting for the company and for helping the finance of the company.

Binder
noun
A cover for holding loose sheets of paper, magazines, etc., together.
Example: I need a binder at my work to place all of my paper and documents.

Business
noun
A business is defined as an organization or enterprising entity engaged in commercial, industrial, or professional activities.
Example: A work for a business.

Calculator
noun
Something used for making mathematical calculations, in particular a small electronic device with a keyboard and a visual display.
Example: At my work I need my calculator for doing my accounting.

Computer
noun
It's a device, usually electronic, that processes data according to a set of instructions. The digital computer stores data in discrete units and performs arithmetical and logical operations at very high speed.
Example: I always use my computer at work. I do my report on the computer and answering e-mail.

A legal document that states and explains a formal agreement between two different people or groups, or the agreement itself
Example: It may sometimes happen to make reimbursement contracts with customers.

A person who buys goods or a service. We try to give all our customers good service.
Example: I answer call of client at my job and help them to have good services.

Example: At my job I can be a secretary.
