My name is Erendira, I have been studying a DCS (Diploma of College Studies) in Medical Electrophysiology for four semesters at Ahuntsic College. My career consists of registering the bodies electrical activity to detect certain anomalies by doing some technological exams.
This glossary will have some words or terms used in Biological Technology, for helping us to understand, identify and acquire some specific vocabulary of the Medical Electrophysiology discipline.
Use a glossary is a good way that we have to improve ours skills and to became better understanding of the concepts.

electroencephalogram
nouns
The graphic record produced by an electrocardiograph. Abbreviation: EKG, ECG.
Example: An electrocardiogram (EKG) test is a simple, painless procedure that measures electrical signals in your heart. Each time your heart beats, an electrical signal travels through the heart. An EKG can show if your heart is beating at a normal rate and strength.
