Ageism
A prejudice against another person due to their age.
Bias
Favoring or going against someone or something due to a preconceived opinion. Usually deemed unfair.
Bigotry
An opinion stemming from a prejudice against a person or people due to their membership of a particular group, ethnic background or skin color.
Civil Rights
The right that citizens of the United States have to politics, social freedom, and equality.
Culture
A term used to describe certain social behaviors which may link back to affiliation with a particular faith, arts or background.
Disability
A physical or mental problem which may inhibit a human's movement, activities or senses.
Diversity
The inclusion and equality of humans.
Ethnicity
Belonging to a particular group due to being from the same nation or culture.
Inclusion
The act of being accepted or inducted into a particular group or structure.
Kinship
Being related to another individual through blood.
Language
The main method of human interaction. Formed through the use of words in a structured way.
Legality
That act of being lawful and not breaking rules.
LGBTQ
An acronym used for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer or questioning. Terms typically used to define someone's sexual orientation or gender.
Literacy
A term used to announce one's ability to read and write.
Privilege
Having a special right or social advantage that is only available to a particular individual or group.
Racism
A prejudice, discrimination or dislike for someone due to their race or affiliation with a particular ethnic group.
Religion
The belief and worshiping of an individual who typically has certain superhuman powers of leadership and performs various acts of goodwill.
Sex
Sex refers to the gender of an individual, that being male or female.
Sexual Orientation
This term refers directly to the gender in which an individual is attracted too.
Social Justice
This term refers to the balance in society in regard to wealth, opportunities and social freedom of all races.
Stereotypes
An unfair prejudice over an individual or group based off of discriminatory words of another person.
Tolerance
The skill of being able to handle and deal with something that you may find annoying for an extended period of time.
Transgender
A term used when an individual identifies more with the gender which they were not assigned with at birth.
Values
An individual's principles in which they base themselves off of.
Violence
A physical action that is intended to cause pain and damage to another person
