Delinquency
noun
criminal behavior, especially that carried out by a juvenile. Delinquency implies conduct that does not conform to the legal or moral standards of society; it usually applies only to acts that, if performed by an adult, would be termed criminal.
Example: It also marked a repudiation of the whole culture that apparently pervaded council housing in which "slums, delinquency, vandalism, waste, arrears, and social polarization.
